At Gastrónoma Valencia, the main food and wine event in the Levante area, an information corner has been set within the space dedicated to Italian companies and products. On the spot, an interesting test was carried out to deepen the knowledge on habits and the degree of information of consumers about the phenomenon of Italian Sounding. On November 5th, a showcooking conducted by chef Alessandro Chiappini featured two recipes based on Italian PDO and PGI products for an audience of about 20 visitors, including local operators and consumers.
