The brand new "Foodlab Excellis", a prestigious center entirely dedicated to the world of food, is the place chosen by CCIE Bruxelles in collaboration with SITA, the most important importer / distributor of Italian products in Belgium, and the Italian Chefs Federation, to organize a day discovering Italian gastronomy (worshop, show cooking and guided touring).

The event opens with two workshops reserved for professionals in the HORECA sector: one dedicated to the preparation of real Italian pizza, with a focus on different and new types of flour, the other dedicated to the combination of cheeses with Italian wines. The day continues with a guided tasting through the village of certified Italian products (cheeses, cured meats, wines, oils, caviar, coffee, cocktails) and with show cooking and tasting tastings presented by a team of about twenty chefs from the FIC Belgium.
