A week to promote Italian cooking. In the framework of the project True Italian Taste Europe, launched to fight the phenomenon of Italian Sounding , 14 restaurants in Munich and from all over the region have been involved to propose and feature menus prepared with PDO and IPG Italian products.

During the week, the clients in those restaurants took part to a contest answering a question on the authenticity of Italian food. The prize to be awarded was a trip to Italy for two, a copy of the book "Das Sizilien Kockbuch" by Andreas Hoppe and a selection of AOC wines from Friuli Venezia-Giulia. Journalists and influencers covered the event.
