At the Menufaktur in Frankfurt a showcooking with the starred chef Carmelo Greco to directly demonstrate what really means cooking with authentic Italian products. The demonstration was commented by Andreas Eggenwirth, founder of the Slow Food Convivium in Frankfurt. Telling the story of the characteristics of the products, the uniqueness of the regional Italian cuisine, the possible culinary combinations, made a great contribution to the international campaign "True Italian Taste" and to its mission for the protection of "Made in Italy" in terms of food and wine excellence.
