A Masterclass for the awareness of future Chefs. It took place at the Lycee Technique de Bonnevoie - more than 400 students and 25 years of experience – and was attended by 50 students of the last year. After a theoretical part, a practice session followed, with the chef Enrico Prosperi. Teachers: Sofia Malagoli (Cons. protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena), Isabella Sardo (President of DIL Italian Tasters in Luxembourg) and Ernesto Prosperi (chef of the Taverne Beim Baron anc anchorman RTL).
