"Italia in cucina" leads us to discover the gourmet food and wine excellences of Sicily, in the spaces of "La Cuisine d'Émile" cooking school.

In collaboration with the renowned Sicilian chefs Matteo Giurlanda and Giuseppe Triolo, under the creative directon of the local chef Toto Li Vigni, the best traditonal Sicilian recipes have been presented and showcooked and tasted by an audience of 20 selected guests including local chefs, buyers, trade journalists and food bloggers.
