The Italian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, involved in the "True Italian Taste" project for the promotion and enhancement of authentic Italian products, has organized an event dedicated to the cuisine and POD products of the Lake Como area and the Valtellina area.

On that occasion, chef Renato Favaro, President of Eurotoques, provided information on PGI and POD products and created a menu dedicated to the excellence and products of the area, in particular Bresaola del Curto (Slow Food Presidium) and Pizzoccheri of Valtellina.

The event was attended by Rossella Franchini Sherifis, Ambassador of Italy to Luxembourg.
