An event to promote high-quality Italian gastronomy, held in the framework of Italian Cooking Week in the world second edition. It has been designed like an Italian street food experience to enhance the authentic character of all products. The event featured various tastings organized by ten among the best Italian restaurants in Barcelona (Xemei, Le Cucine Mandarosso, Bella Italia, Can Santi, Come una volta, Gravin, Madre Lievito, Porchetta Group, la pasticceria de Gracia e la gelateria DelaCrem), plus eight workshops in collaboration with primary Italian brands for an audience of specialized media, food bloggers, influencers and consumers.
