The "True Italian Taste Europe" project has been celebrated in the most official way at Italian Embassy in Brussels, Capital of Europe. February 5th has been a great soirée to taste, learn, enjoy, with over 20 chefs fron Italian Chefs Federation and a rich table of Italian food & wine excellences. In presence of the Ambassador of Italy, Elena Basile, in collaboration with The Chamber of Commerce Belgo- together with Carlo de Pascale and Chef Alessandro Circiello, Italian products have been told to, and tasted by, a parterre of guests including journalists, importers and infuencers. One of the most important lessons learnt: the deep, original connection between a product and its territory.
