The Italian-German Chamber of Commerce organized a press conference at the Haralds Kochschule in Munich, as part of the True Italian Taste project for the promotion and enhancement of authentic Italian food products, supported and financed by the Ministry Italian Economic Development.

During the press conference, the Secretary General of the Chamber Alessandro Marino explained to the 45 journalists, food bloggers and influencers of the food and wine sector the main objectives of the True Italian Taste project and, in particular, the week of promotion of Italian cuisine involving 14 restaurants in Munich from 2 to 9 February 2018.
