In Rüschlikon, on February 22, an event took place, in the framework of the European side of True Italian Taste project: “Can you spot the difference between a genuine Italian and an Italian sounding product?” This question introduced the round table organized by CCIS - Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland - in collaboration with Gottlieb Düttweiler Institut (GDI) focused on new global food trends and authentic “made in Italy" agri-food products.
