Inside the Pop Up de El Paracaidista space in Madrid a corner has been dedicated to the “100% Autentico” project. The exhibition, sale and tasting of some products of Italian gastronomic excellences achieved a great success: 500 attendees! Among the initiatives proposed, the showcooking with music by chef Alessandro Cresta from Mó Better Food and his blind tasting to discover the authentic Italian flavors. Mó Better Food also allowed to drink an apéritif with Italian tapas during Spritz & Music, beyound trying a menu of other dishes and typical recipes during the Okupa by initiative.

Fabio Cristiano, an expert pizza chef who came directly from Naples, and Jesús Maquina, also known as Marquinetti, were the stars of the event "The Neapolitan pizza, an art". Fabio Cristiano then revealed to the youngest the secrets of pizza during the masterclass "Descubriendo los secretos de la redonda". Another masterclass was held by chef Marcello Leoni, who prepared two typical Italian seafood recipes. Not only food but also culture with the film festival "Saboreando el séptimo arte", where food and movies in perfect pairing!
