Phaedra is the founder of Houston Food Finder, the city’s first online-only publication dedicated to cover the food and beverage scene.
A former restaurant critic and food writer for the Houston Press, Phaedra was also a freelance writer for My Table magazine, with a featured article in almost every issue for four years.
In addition, Phaedra has contributed articles to Food & Wine, the Bourbon & Boots website, Weddings in Houston magazine, Houstonia magazine and Edible Houston.
She’s a regular guest on The Cleverley Show, where she dishes it out with Houston Restaurant Weeks founder Cleverley Stone.
