Sonia Carufel is the Chief Editor of HRI Mag, an independent online French-language magazine on hotels, restaurants and institutions (HRI). The magazine addresses topics of interest to the decision-makers of these industries - such as business management, events and exhibitions, suppliers, industry trends and innovations - in the Quebec, Canadian and international markets.
Sonia is also the Chief Editor of Dans Cuisine, a spin-off of the HRI Mag. This French-speaking web magazine focuses on the professionals of Quebec cuisine and on subjects that interest them.
Before working on the editorial team of the HRI magazine, Sonia held the position of Director at the Culinary Academy of Quebec.
