Sea bream with cherry tomatoes, potatoes and La Bella della Daunia olives PDO


The recipe

Ingredients (for 4 people):

Sea bream: 800 g
Green and black La Bella della Daunia olives PDO
Tomatoes: 200 g
Potatoes: 300 g
White wine
Extra-virgin olive oil

Drizzle some olive oil into a non-stick frying pan and prepare a sauce with chopped garlic, parsley, black olives, salt and pepper. After about five minutes add the sea bream to the frying pan, pour in the wine and cook for about 10-15 minutes. Cook the potatoes in water. Finally serve the fish with the sauce and decorate with the potatoes, cherry tomatoes and olives.
